Shipping policy

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost Shipping is free on every US order. No minimum spend.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time Most orders arrive within 7 to 20 business days after processing. Delivery times can vary by product and location, and you'll see an estimate on each product page.

Our products ship from partner warehouses, so if you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Tracking When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after the label is created.

Customs and import fees Prices include any US import duties, so you won't be asked to pay extra fees on delivery.

Wrong or incomplete address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can change an address only before the order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or delayed orders If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, contact us at furrygoodthings@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
